1/4 cup caster sugar
2 1/2 tbs egg whites
2 1/2 tbs butter
1/3 cup almond flour
3 tbs flour
2 tbs raisins, softened
White or dark chocolate as desired
Decorating sugars as desired
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar, the flour through a sieve, incorporate the egg whites until stiff and finally the raisins.
Fill the cavities of the mould, insert sticks and place it all in a preheated oven at 338°F for about 15 min.
Remove from the mould, cover with the melted chocolate and decorate with sugars as desired.
