110 g (1 + 1/3 cup) sugar
65 g (1/4 cup) butter
50 ml (3 + 1/3 tbs) milk
40 g (3 + 1/2 tbs) dark chocolate
60 g (1/2 cup) flour
20 g (3 tbs) self-raising flour
Dark chocolate as desired
Break the chocolate and place it in a saucepan with the sugar, milk and butter.
Melt it all without bringing to boil and then let it cool for about 15 min.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and using an electric whisk mix in the sifted flour and then the eggs, one at a time.
Pour the mixture into the mould cavity filling it three quarters full, insert the sticks and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 25 min.
Remove from the mould only when completely cooled.
Garnish with melted chocolate utilising the Silikomart pastry bag.
