Break the chocolate and place it in a saucepan with the sugar, milk and butter.
Melt it all without bringing to boil and then let it cool for about 15 min.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and using an electric whisk mix in the sifted flour and then the eggs, one at a time.
Pour the mixture into the mould cavity filling it three quarters full, insert the sticks and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 25 min.
Remove from the mould only when completely cooled.
Garnish with melted chocolate utilising the Silikomart pastry bag.
